Privacy

There is a simple reason why our privacy page lives at the top, rather than buried at the bottom, out of sight and out of mind. Because we take your privacy very seriously. Because your privacy is as important to us as our game design. Because our sole focus is to create fun & engaging games that you enjoy playing, not profiting off your data.

This is why we do not (and never will) consume, use, share or sell any of your personal data and why our apps do not request permissions to access data on your device (e.g. name, address, phone numbers, contacts, calendar, e-mails, photos & videos etc)

But surely your games must consume or share some data?

Whilst earlier versions of React & Scaredy Cat did contain advertising & analytics (hence, shared limited statistical and analytical data) these features were completely removed in updates released in January 2024.

These games no longer consume or share any data, either for internal use (i.e., analytical data that helped us improve our games) or to third parties (i.e., advertising data that helped serve more personalised ads)

The only data used by these games is core to the actual game experience, examples being player progression (i.e., high scores) and game settings (i.e., volume levels). This data is stored locally on your device and is never shared with ourselves or third parties.
